War Paint
5I bought the skin base specifically to cover the red scarring on my face. I’m so happy with it as it stays in place all day and only slightly rubs off onto my face mask 😷 which I wear on and off throughout the day, working in a college.  It covers red and white very well and evens up the whole texture of my face. I have a very rare skin condition which causes two types of scarring.Â

Will forever be my go-to foundation
5I have been using Skin Base since 2013. It is the best foundation I've used for my skin type. I am fair and would describe my skin as normal to dry, so I purchase the 3.5. This foundation sits smooth and fresh on my skin and even with a small amount you can create a flawless look. I get so many compliments, with friends and even strangers on the street stopping me to ask what foundation I use. If you've never tried this foundation before, buy it today! It's worth every cent.

not what I expected
2I have seaecheed for the right shade online (by Find your shade tool) only (since we don´t have Illamasqua brand in my country). I selected Skin base found. no 6 and it turned out too light for my skin. Moreover, the formula does not properly blend into the skin. It came nicely packed but I must say Im a bit dissapointed especially compare to other vegan brands that serve my skin better.

Fabulous foundation
5I have been using this foundation in shade 5.5 for over 12 months after trying through QVC absolutely love it is all I can sayÂ

Not good
1This sat in my pores even when using with beyond veil and the satin primer. I looked horrendous and went back to my old brand and problem no longer there so definitely the foundation. I have normal skin too but this gave me a mottled effectÂ

Sink base foundation
1Not very happy. not very good coverage, started going patchy, on my forehead nose and under my lip. There for won’t be use if this product again, very disappointedÂ

4Don’t really need to review, I’ve being buying this product for years and it’s never let me down, goes on smooth and easy, and I wouldn’t consider buying anything different The only downfall is when they stop making certain shadesÂ
