Pleasantly surprised
4I thought I was taking a bit of a chance purchasing the foundation, having never sampled it before, I ordered a dark and light colour to blend to the right colour and I am really pleased. A little goes a long way and the consistency is deceptive, it looks thin, but this allows for solid coverage you can easily blend. I can tend to have a few larger pores on my t zone and it minimises these really well. The coverage stays on easily for a whole day and still looks light on the skin even with full coverage. My skin has looked smooth and it isn't a foundation which sinks into any fine lines and gives that dried out look around the eyes. Good product and great value, it will last a long time, the bottle goes a long way and this stuff stays on! Well done.

Great finish!
4I tried this initially as a sample size. The colour matches my skin perfectly. I love the finish on this, it’s natural but full, doesn’t cake and goes on smoothly and easily. It doesn’t oxidise which is a huge issue with other foundations (including high end!) The only let down for me is that it doesn’t last the whole day. I end up having to reapply towards the end of my work day which is not great. If only it wore well for another two/three hours it would be perfect and I’d give it the full five stars.Â

Shade 6.5
4I absolutely love loove this foundation been tried so many different one but all been cakey. This gives amazing coverage and despite being thick its weightless!! I am on to my 6th bottle i need another soon however cannot find 6.5 anywhere anymore. Hence the 4star. Please advise!!

4After contacting illamasqua, I was informed they would be contacting operations team to find out when more stock would be coming. Haven’t herd nothing yet :( hope it will as this is the ONLY foundation to match my skin. Absolutely love the coverage.Â

Shade 6.5?
5I absolutely love this foundation, I used to wear shade 6.5 and it was perfect. Has shade 6.5 been discontinued as I can’t find it as an option on this website or any other illamasqua makeup counters x

Fabulous Foundation
5This foundation is a favourite in my pro make up kit! All of my clients love it especially my bridal clients as it looks and feels like their own skin with amazing coverage and a flawless finish. Absolutely gorgeous and great value.

great coverage
5honestly my favourite, go to foundation for around 3 years now. great for a full coverage look. i have very sensitive / combination skin, and this is the only foundation that hasn’t made me break out.

Skin base
3Normally use rich liquid but my shed was discontinued. Was recommend to us skin base which is nice but the coverage isn’t as good as Rich liquid. Also I got the wrong shade so a little disappointed. Love illamasqua makeup but a little let down but the recommendationÂ
