Still haven't received my orde...

Still haven't received my order?! So I am unable to rate products. Tracking information hasn't updated since the 12th of January. I recieved a package I ordered after this. Customer service isn't helpful at all. Advised to wait an additional 10 days on top of the two weeks. Won't be ordering off the site again.
