Make sure you get a couple of samples before purchasing
2When I ordered the samples the colouration was fantastic and soon found the perfect tone for my skin so I ordered a full size in the shade I selected but I have to say I am extremely disappointed in the product itself. The foundation just slides about the face making it patchy. It comes off super easy and makes the skin look greasy even when using powder and matte primer. So would only suggest this foundation for people with VERY dry skin otherwise it just slides off your face and it takes forever to get a smooth, equal light coverage.Â

Suitable for the fairest of skin tones
5I've used the skin base foundation for a while, but I do prefer my base quite sheer and glowy. Beyond Foundation delivers on everything it promises. It goes on smooth, it's dewy, feels lightweight on the skin and looks amazing. I have mature and dry skin with some texture. This does not settle in texture and requires very little finessing to give an even look. I'm extremely pale and struggle to find a good foundation match elsewhere, but this matches up with the regular skin base shades. I can not recommend this enough. A little goes a long way and you certainly get every bit the quality you pay for.

Beyond Foundation
4Very nice foundation, nice light coverage, probably for me a bit too light, I usually need to reapply later in the day. Perfect colour for me, very pleased as I picked it online.

5I purchased some samples b4 committing to the full size, I already love the skin base, love the packaging, love a pump Using the samples helped me to choose a shade also try it out a few times, feels super light on the skin, leaves me feeling glowy ( not shiny) I would say buildable med coverage, I have combo skin mature skin but this foundation sits beautifully, I obviously fell in love as I went on to purchase the full sizeÂ

5Just like in description. Wasn’t dissapointed at all. Nice skin like up to dewy look. I noticed that with the sponge it’s more like skin tint so I highly recomand application with brush it blends like a dream and I noticed no streaks. Buildable coverage. Only problem I had was I didn’t know how to choose my shade as it is new foundation there are almost no reviews but on Instagram Illamasqua has better quality of photos of swatches(LG2) sorry but photos of shades on website are not helpful.

Beautiful Foundation
5This was my first illamasqua product and I genuinely regret waiting so long to try the brand. I love dewy foundations but often find them either too dewy (to the point I just look clammy) or that they only last a few hours. This foundation has the perfect level of dewiness for a glowing look and lasts really well! Since buying this I've ordered a few other illamasqua products and I've been impressed with them all.

Better than skin base for me
5Love it, it didn't separate, it dries off quickly, lasts all day, dewy flawless finish, best I've had in a long long long time!
