Pro Tip From Illamasqua Head Makeup Artist – Mel Barrese: This palette is all about texture, with it's collection of shimmery, light reflecting shades. The gemstone colours allow you to build a multitude of looks whilst adding a touch of sparkle, day or night. For a deep glamorous evening look, darker hues such as Black Pearl and Sapphire Beam add depth. Simply apply to the lid and blend upwards and outwards. You can also add extra drama, by applying to the lower lash line, so you have a classic smokey eye and then finish off the look by applying black pencil eyeliner to the top and/or bottom lash line. Finally add lots of mascara to emphasise your lashes. For a softer, everyday look, stick to the peachy golden skin tone colours, such as Solar Flare, After Glow and Glow Beyond. These softer tones are amazing for adding soft shimmer and radiance to the eyes. Simply apply to the lids with a soft, small fluffy brush and blend outwards and upwards, finish off by applying mascara to your curled lashes. Love it
I fell in love with this pallette from the first sight. The shades are gorgeus, blends nicely, enough pigment. Gives very nice shimer on the skin and endless posibilities with colours. They match between themselves perfectly-very harmonious, despite the colour range. The package is very nice too. This pallette is like a dream come true, the masterpiece of art for creating magical look.
